Clear Land and Prepare Building Site
I have been through many other companies to get my land where it needs to be. Unfortunately EDM was not on Angi's yet or I would have chosen him right off the bat based on personality, knowledge, and communication. I've been working on my land for 6 months. Ed and his team fixed everything (there was A LOT) in roughly 2/2.5 weeks. They did not cut corners and they did not leave anything half finished. Ed is a straight shooter, if he says he'll do it he will. If he has advice or suggestions, take it. They are timely and professional. Ed and Corey also handled my P.I.T.A. neighbors much more gracefully than I have. I honestly can't say enough positive things about this company. Hire them or you'll be kicking yourself. I personally will never call on anyone else for future projects. Very grateful for everything they've done for me.

so the choices here are limited as to what the scope of work was. Ed was hired to finish off a tree removal in a very swampy yard that another contractor was in way over his head. Ed brought the right equipment and was able to get rid of over 15 trees that were knocked down in a very swampy part of the yard. He then arranged for 20 large dump trucks to come with sand and other materials to fill in said swampy area, grade for drainage and install drainage tiles to keep sand from washing away. He prepared the site for a future out building and also installed grass seed and hay to finish the job. He came early and often stayed later than expected to to finish the day out. He said what he would do and he did just that., which is a rarity for this day and age. His prices were competitive and he was right on budget and time. He is a personable fellow and explained everything answering all questions and offering advice when needed. In addition he brought his son over to help on weekends. they cleaned up the road and the trail to the yard once the job was finished and left a neat finished project. I would highly recommend him for any grading or excavation job.

Ed is the most genuine, trustworthy, communicative, conscientious person weâ ve spoken to, hired and ultimately befriended. Truth be told, we got lucky in finding Ed; 7 or 8 phone calls to the wrong folks ultimately led us to Ed, who could get our job doneâ ¦ we hired him back for multiple other jobs and plan to hire him back for more. Heâ s a great guy with a quality crew, he asks the right questions, takes great pride in what he does along with how he treats people, and follows through on every detail he says he will â ¦ and then some. Excavate or Grade the Slope of the Grounds
EDM showed up with the knowledge and expertise I needed because I was a flustered homeowner and needed a dirt road repaired. He had the know how and equipment to back it up! Nice clean machinery was comforting and made me feel secure that some Joe blow was not showing up with dumpy equipment. I would highly recommend EDM for your land improvements & repairs. Family folks made it feel comfortable!

Trim or Remove Trees and Shrubs
EDM cleared roughly 2 acres of land in Hampstead, North Carolina. They were neat, overly communicative, and organized throughout the entire process.
